The three moves that protect timelines
- Child Find evaluation (Polk ESE PreK) — free, and the IEP it can produce unlocks VPK-SIS. Ages 3–5 window.
- APD application — waiver services may be far off, but your place on the pre-enrollment list is set by the date APD finds the child eligible. Applying early is the whole game.
- CARD-USF registration — free, self-referral, and their consultants help navigate everything else on this list.
Details, requirement checklists, and application steps are in the Programs lane. Add anything you start to the Family Pipeline so the dates and next steps stay in one place.
How the daily refresh works
Every morning, an automated job re-reads the official source of every program in this dataset, scans public video, social, books, and government postings for new leads, compares against yesterday, and updates the data file with a new as-of date. Leads that haven't been read at an official source stay in the Signals lane, marked unverified. Anything the job could not read is printed as a coverage gap in the Coverage panel below — a named gap is the honest outcome, never hidden.

Deadline & waitlist radar
Windows that close with age, dates that recur every year, and the waitlists whose position is set the day you apply. Sorted with age-windows first — those are the ones that can be lost by waiting.
